Invoice released
When an invoice is released in ByDesign, a secure payment link is generated automatically and embedded in the invoice, including as a QR code, letting customers pay online by card immediately.
Customer pays
Payments are processed on the PSP's secure hosted payment page. No card data is stored in SAP.
Automatic matching
Each payment carries a unique invoice reference; settlement data automatically allocates payments to the correct customer invoice, eliminating manual matching.
Clean books
Settlement data creates bank statement entries in SAP, and transaction fees are automatically posted to the appropriate GL account.
